摘　　要：以组织行为学理论为基础,结合新时期大学生心理特点,在教育管理工作中做到尊重学生的差异,更新教育观念;促进积极价值观的形成和社会观点采择能力的发展;引导学生正确归因,形成良好归因风格;创建健康的校园文化。This article discussed educational management to university students in news period,which based on the theory of organizational behavior and collected with psychological characteristic of university students.Expecting the difference among students in educational management,renovating educational ideas;accelerating the formation of active value ideas and the development of perspective taking;leading student's to form right attribution,to form better attributing style;setting up healthy culture of campus etc.It aimed of enlighten the quality of university educational management in China.
