摘　　要：生产实习是自动化专业本科教学活动中一个很重要的实践环节。在明确自动化专业生产实习重要性的基础上,针对传统的生产实习模式存在的不足,按照高素质创新型人才培养目标的要求,以能力培养为导向,对自动化专业生产实习改革进行了探索。实践表明,生产实习的质量得到了提高,教学效果明显改善。During the undergraduate course of students of specialty of automation, production practice is a very important step. Aiming at solving the disadvantage of the traditional production practice mode, specifying the importance of production practice, this paper does some research on the method of reformation the production practice for the specialty of automation, to satisfy the requirements of the cultivation of high quality innovative talents, and to cultivate practice abilities. All the facts show that the practice quality and the teaching effect are improved.
