摘　　要：道路交叉口交通信号配时采用的Webster算法的最短周期计算没有考虑到在红灯时间车辆排队产生冲击波的影响。本文在介绍Webster算法的同时,考虑到冲击波对车辆排队长度的影响,对Webster算法进行了改进,提出运用车流波动理论计算道路交叉口信号控制中最短周期的设计公式。Conventional signal timings of traffic mainly use F.V.Webster’s calculation method which is not in consideration of waves caused by queue in red time. The F.V.Webster’s calculation method and the application in the theory of flow fluctuation are introduced in this paper. Considering the influences on the waves of queue length, the paper puts forward the formula in minimum cycle of signal controls based on the remedy of F.V.Webster’s calculation method.
