摘　　要：考试评价是有待开拓的新的考试研究领域。本文初步讨论了考试评价的涵义、考试评价与考试质量分析的区别、考试评价的框架以及开展考试评价需要解决的若干问题,对研究考试评价理论和推进考试评价实践具有一定的价值。Evaluating examination is a new domain of examination research. This paper discussed principial the connotation of Evaluating Examination, the difference between Evaluating Examination and Quality Analysis of Examination, the frame of Evaluating Examination and the problem how to implement Evaluating Examination. It help men to research the theory of Evaluating Examination and to implement Evaluating Examination.
