新建高职院校教风建设的探索

摘　　要：新建高职院校正处于创立品牌,获取社会认同的创业期,同时又面临着生源素质相对较低、师资队伍等教育资源相对不足的问题,如何通过强化教学管理,保证教学质量,成为这些院校存在和发展的关键。我院将教风建设作为学院的重点工作,并结合职业教育的特点及当前形势,进行了教风建设的一些探索,并取得初步成效。The newly-established advanced occupational colleges are just in the initial phase of creating their fame and acquiring the sense of social identity,while they are confronted with the problems of the relatively lower students and teachers qualities, with the inadequacy of educational recourses,and with the difficulties in how to strengthen teaching management and ensure teaching quality,which has become the key for the survival and development of these colleges.The cultivation of teaching styles has been considered as an important task in our college.Incorporated with the characteristics of the vocational education and current situation,some exploratory work has been done on the cultivation of teaching styles,and the first fruits have been achieved.
