摘  要:盾构法作为地铁隧道施工的一种主要施工方法已在我国得到广泛的应用,由施工引起的地层移动和地表沉降是盾构隧道设计和施工中备受关注的问题,以深圳地铁5号线洪浪~兴东盾构区间下穿广深高速公路立交桥隧道施工为工程依托,运用有限差分程序FLAC3D模拟盾构隧道开挖的全过程,对施工产生的地表沉降及桥梁桩基的侧向变形进行了预测分析。计算结果表明,地表沉降最大值为7.32 mm,桥梁桩基变形以水平变形为主,最大水平变形为2.58 mm。在X方向,桥梁桩基下半部分朝背离隧道方向位移;上半部分朝相反方向位移,即桩基发生倾斜,且该倾斜随着盾构机的掘进将越来越大,隧道贯通时达到最大值。The shield driving method,as one of the main construction methods of metro tunneling,has been used widely in China.The stratum movement and ground settlement induced by such construction are main issues receiving much concern during shield tunnel design and construction.Based on the shield tunneling of Shenzhen Subway Line 5 traversing Guangshen highway flyover,a 3D Fast Lagrangian Analysis of Continua is used to simulate the shield tunnel construction and analyze the ground settlement and bridge pile deformation caused by tunnel construction.The numerical modeling results show that the maximum ground settlement is 7.32mm and the main deformation of bridge pile is in horizontal direction with a maximum horizontal deformation of 2.58mm.In X direction,the deformation of lower part of bridge pile occurs in orientation deviating from the tunnel.The deformation of upper part of bridge pile is in opposite direction,that is the inclination of bridge pile occurs,and the inclination becomes larger and larger with shield tunneling,and reaches its maximum when the tunnel excavation is finished.
