摘 要:教学目标对体育教学起到导向、调控和信息反馈作用,它使教学目的明确化、培养学生能力具体化、对教学评价科学化,有助于全面提高教学质量和完成高校体育教育目的和任务。就此,针对普通高校体育教学改革在教学目标所发现的混淆现象,从分析影响体育教学目标确认的主要因素入手,探讨高校体育教学目标的归属,并以此为出发点来探究在实施教学过程如何把握和科学、系统地安排体育教学内容。Teaching objective plays a role of guide, adjust and feedback of information to the P. E. teaching. It can make the teaching aim more clear, the fostering the students' ability more specific, and the teaching evaluation more scientific, which it is helpful to improve the teaching quality and accomplish the aim and task. Therefore,directed at confused phenomenon existed in the teaching objective ,the author started with the main factors which influenced the teaching objective , probed into the problem belonging to the P.E. teaching objective. The author also studied how to master and arrange teaching contents scientifically and systematically during carrying out teaching.
