摘　　要：　进入计算机和网络化时代,高校图书馆员应在观念上、知识上、能力上、服务上有新的转变和更高的要求,文章通过分析在新的网络环境下对图书馆员的要求和如何培养图书馆员适应新的环境,论述了图书馆员应该转变意识,来适应高校图书馆的改革和发展,更好地为教育教学服务。After our entry into the computerized and network times,college librarians should make some changes in their ideas, knowledge and abilities to fulfil the new requirement. This article has discussed how to train the librarians to adjust them selves to the new environment so that they can provide better services for teaching.
