摘　　要：A simple and rapid regeneration method of cotton (Gossypium hirsutum L. cv. Xinluzao4) is described. The proper use of phytohormone KT and IBA validly promoted the survival rate of test-tube plants and shortened the period of culture in combination with the techniques of micro-propagation and graft.A simple and rapid regeneration method of cotton (Gossypium hirsutum L. cv.
