摘 要:The level of lipid peroxidation and cellular necrosis in rat living brain slices during brain ischemia-hypoxia injury have been observed using a laser confocal scanning microscope (LCSM) with double labeling of fluorescent probes D-399 (2, 7-dichlorofluorescin diacetate) and propidium iodide (Pl).
