摘　　要：INTRODUCTIONAmino acid consumption test (AACT) has a highsensitivity and specificity in evaluating exocrinepancreatic insufficiency,but its diagnostic valueto exocrine pancreatic insufficiency in Chinese hasnot been well understood.In this study,the oralreagent stimulating pancreatic secretion (O-AACT)was used instead of cerulein(I-AACT) for amidoacid consumption test and the dignostic efficiency ofO-AACT was evaluated and compared with I-AACTon the exocrine pancreatic insufficiency in Chinese.
