摘　　要：我国要真正建立起现代企业制度 ,必须有一支强大的职业企业家队伍作支撑。企业家是企业的擎天柱。职业企业家不应戴乌纱。在国企深化改革的过程中 ,只有真正解决政企分开问题 ,才能为企业家成长提供良田沃土。在建设我国企业家队伍时 。Professional entrepreneurs are the foundation of modern enterprise system and the backbone of the enterprises. Professional entrepreneurs should be separated from the government officials. In the course of the SOE reforms, the separation of entrepreneurs from the government officials can provide fertile land for the full growth of entrepreneurs. New type of motivation and restraint mechanism is very essential to the growth of professional entrepreneurs.
