二级农职师院办学模式与教学评估体系的研究

摘　　要：二级农职师院是我国农技高师的主导办学形式.评估体系中依据办学特色,构建了精干的自主办学 的教师队伍和管理队伍,建立了规范化的实践教学模式,并研究制定了《二级农职师院工作评价方案》.Secondary agricultural professional teachers college is a lead form of running this kind of college,The research was based on the characteristic of running the college, organized a capable teachers and administrative personnel team, set up a standard model of practice teaching, and worked out a working evaluating scheme of secondary agricultural professional teachers college.
