摘　　要：本文分析了把TQM延抻到企业分配领域的必要性和可行性:提出了与质量挂钩的新型企业质量工资的结构、特点;提供了质量工资计算的三种通模型:论述了在企业分配领域实施TQM的意义和作用.This article analysis the necessary and the possibility of extending the TQM to the distribution area of enterprises, put forward the structure and characteristic of the new salary system which is closely related to the firms quality, an the article three general measurement models of quality salary his be designed, and also the meaning and the functions of the TQM used in the distribution area is discussed in the paper.
