摘　　要：作为项目开发过程的组成部分的、价值分析方法的应用,在时间、人力、资本成本和生命周期成本方面,都产生了巨大的节约.在价值分析方法是竞争的有利武器,人们逐渐接受了它,把它作为在不损害质量的情况下,确保价值的方法.价值分析方法的恰当应用,提供了一个跨学科的框架.为了优化和控制项目的价值、资源和进度,本文概括了这一框架.这个框架突出跨学科的小组的努力,突出按时、按预算地完成项目,突出项目委托方对质量、功能等方面的要求,同时,在不损害项目质量的情况下,可以系统地消除不必要成本.出于价值分析的努力,项目功能的增强程度、成本的降低程度,都明显地增加了.<abstract>early application of the value analysis (va) medthodlolgy as an intetral component of the pruject development process leads to signficant savings relating to schedule ,staff time ,capital costs and lifecycle costs to address the pressures that typically accompany the initiation amd development phases of many projects the va methodlogy produves a high level of fovused and tested information in a very short time ,this enanles well-founded collaborative decisons on program/project strategy ,scope and and components,together with contractor swlection and xontractual relationships .a framework kis established for optimizing and sontrolling project value resources and schedule unnecessary costs are systematically eliminated without sacrificing quality.
