摘　　要：阐述了1979年我国实现改革开放政策以来,我国水产加工业所取得的主要成就及存在的问题,并提出了到2000年的发展目标和为实现发展目标、增加水产品有效供给所采取的对策与措施。This paper reviews the main achievements and protlems existing in fisheries Processing industory since the year 1979 for China's Policy of economic reform and opening to the outside world, put forward the target for development in 2000 year, and their main policies and measures in order to bring about the target and to increase effective supplies of fisheries products.\;
