论角色模拟教学法在法学专业实践教学中的应用

摘　　要：角色模拟教学法使用了诊所教育的部分教学方法,以真实案件为基础,以角色扮演为手段,以解决问题为目标,在课堂上通过模拟真实环境中案件的操作,让学生实践法律职业的各个方面,从而使其综合能力和实务水平得到训练和提高。该方法来源于诊所教育,也适用于传统教育模式和教育现状下的法学专业实践教学。The role simulation teaching method uses part of teaching method of clinic education,based on real cases,takes role play as a means,solves the problem as the goal,by simulating the real operation of the case in the classroom environment,so that students practice the legal profession from all aspects,so that their comprehensive ability and practice standards to be trained and improved.The method comes from the clinic education,but fit for practice teaching of law under the traditional mode of education and education status.
