摘 要:使用溶胶—凝胶法将猪胰脂肪酶包埋固定化在无机载体中。实验测定了硅氧烷前体MTr-MOS与TMOS的比例,反应体系中固定化酶的加入量,用以饱和有机溶剂的磷酸缓冲液的pH值以及有机溶剂种类对固定化脂肪酶催化辛酸辛酯合成的影响。实验结果显示,当MTrMOS与TMOS的物质的量之比为4∶1,固定化酶加入量为600 mg,磷酸缓冲液的pH值为7.5,有机溶剂选用异辛烷时,对辛酸辛酯的合成有利。Procing Pancreas Lipase was entrapped into inorganic matrix using sol-gel immobilization method. The influence of molar ratio of siland precursor MTrMOS and TMOS, amour of immobilized lipase added to the reaction system, pH of phosphate buffer which was used to saturate the organic solvent and species of organic solvent on esterification of octanol and octanoic acid were investigated experimentally. The results showed that, to obtain high esterification rate,4∶1,600 mg, 7.5 and iso-octane are preferred respectively.
