摘 要:利用尖孢镰刀霉(Fusarium oxysporum)F9一步法发酵木质纤维素产燃料酒精,分前期产纤维素酶和后期酒精发酵两个阶段。前期培养的最适条件为:碳源碱处理稻草杆2 g/dL;氮源(NH_4)_2HPO_4 7 g/L;温度30℃;pH 5.5;吐温0.1 g/dL;培养时间96 h。在此条件下,CMCase酶活最高为184.5单位,FPA酶活为35单位。结果表明,该菌种能分泌活力较强的的纤维素酶。There were two period during the production of fuel ethanol by one—step fermentation of lignocellulose with Fusariurn oxsporum F9. first,production of cellulase and second, ethanol fermentation. The optimum condition of the first phase were 20% alfali-treated rice straw as carbon source, 7 g/L (NH_4)_2HPO_4 nitrogen source,at 30℃,pH 5.5,0.1% Tween80,96 h of culture time. In such condition, the maximum CMCase and FPA were 184.5 U and 35.2 U,respectively,The results demonstrated that F. oxyxporum had the high ability of production and this important for the conversion of cellulose to ethanol.
