摘 要:文中通过在普通等离子弧焊接钛合金基础上,使用脉冲电流和低频振动等离子弧作用于钛合金焊缝,研究对比普通等离子弧、脉冲等离子弧、振动等离子弧及振动脉冲等离子弧钛合金焊缝组织和力学性能。结果表明,脉冲等离子弧可明显细化焊缝晶粒,振动等离子弧焊缝中心为网篮状α相针状马氏体。单独采用脉冲等离子弧或振动等离子弧,焊接接头的抗拉强度及冲击吸收能量提高不显著。振动脉冲等离子弧可明显提高焊缝的强度,冲击韧性,使接头性能高于母材。通过对断口的分析表明,振动脉冲电弧可抑制焊缝气孔及焊缝杂质的形成,从而优化接头力学性能。Plasma arc with pulsed current and low frequency vibration was used to weld TC4 titanium alloy The microstructure and mechanical properties of TC4 titanium alloy weld by ordinary plasma, pulsed plasma, vibration plasma and vibration pulsed plasma were compared. The results show that pulsed plasma can obviously refined grains, a phase acicular martensite in the form of basket - weave microstructure is formed in the center of the weld by vibration plasma arc welding. There is not significant increase of the tensile strength and impact absorbed energy of the welded joints which were prepared by pulse plasma arc and vibration plasma arc, respectively. Vibration pulsed plasma arc can obviously improve tensile strength and impact absorbed energy of welded joint, and the mechanical properties of welded joint are better than those of the base materials. The investigation in fracture surface shows that vibration pulsed plasma arc can inhibits the form of weld porosity and impurities, thus the mechanical properties of welded joint was optimized.
