摘　　要：Differentiation and proliferation of T lymphocytes are complicated processes,Which areregulated by various extracellular factors including antigens,growth factors and cell surfacemolecules.IL-2 is an important cytokine.The interaction between IL-2 and its receptormediates the cascade signal pathways and induces cellular proliferation and differentiation.During these processes,besides stimulating gene expressions of some common trans-criptional factor(such as c-FOS,c-JUN and c-MYC),IL-2 can induce specific genes inthe manner of cell type dependence.Expressions of special genes induced by
