对我国白酒工业发展状况的分析

摘　　要：我国白酒产量1949年为10.8万吨,1994年651.29万吨。“八五”以来白酒生产发展速度呈逐步放慢的趋势,白酒在酒类产品中的比重逐步缩小,与此同时,白酒行业的标准化工作不断加强,产品质量逐步提高,行业技术改造、技术进步效果显著,经济效益提高。按税利排序,有34家白酒企业进入1995年度中国轻工业200强企业。Since the start of the Eighty Five - Year Pland period (1991 - 95) . the country's liquor industry has gradually slowed down its development as a result of the smaller role the liquor industry has played in the development of the country's overall alcoholic beverage. Meanwhile , the standardization of the liquor industry has been strengthened, the quality of liquor products has been improved, the manufacturing technology of the industry has been uqdated, technological renovation has also achieved significant results, which have helped the industry improve its economic efficiency.
