摘 要:为观察鸡水解蛋白对健康小鼠免疫功能的影响。以健康NIH幼鼠和小鼠为模型,分别按0.28g0.56g/kg.d每天灌胃鸡水解蛋白一次,连续7d或14d后,观察鸡水解蛋白对胸腺指数、脾脏指数、巨噬细胞吞噬指数、吞噬百分率和溶血素生成水平等指标的影响。实验结果显示,鸡水解蛋白对幼鼠胸腺和脾脏增重有促进作用,明显增强小鼠的吞噬细胞活性,并有提高小鼠溶血素生成水平的趋势。Abstract In order to observe the effect of the chicken hydrolytic protein on immune function of mice, the NIH impuberal mice and mice were perfused stomachs with the samples separately at the cencentration of 0.28 and 0.56g/kg.d sustaining 7 or 14 days. The indexes observed included: thymic weight, splenic weight, macrophage phagocytic index, the percentage of the phagocytoses and the level of hemolytic antibody. The results showed the chicken hydrolytic protein could increase the thymic and splenic weight of impubral mice, enhanced significantly the activicity of macrophage, and the level of the hemolytic antibody trends to rising, so it indicated the immune function of mice could be enhanced.
