魔芋精粉对二甲肼诱发大鼠结肠癌的影响

摘　　要：用二甲肼诱发大鼠结肠癌的同时，于基础饲料中加入５％或１０％魔芋精粉，另设高脂组，观察对发癌率的影响。实验结果表明结肠癌发生率各实验组与阳性组无显著性差异，高脂组显示一定的促癌作用。本实验未观察到魔芋精粉对诱发的实验性肠癌具有抑制作用。The effect of Refined Konjac Meal (RKM) on dimethylhydrazine (DMH)-induced colon cancer was studied in rats fed on basal diets with 5% or 10% RKM respectively for l year.At the same time one group of DMH-induced rats was fed on basal diet without RKM as positive controls; another group of non-DMH treated rats was fed on basal diet as negative controls,the rest two groups of rats were fed on high-fat diet with or without RKM respectively. The results demonstrated that no significant differences in colon cancer incidences were observed between the RKM and the positive control groups. However, the increasing effect of the high-fat diet was observed on the colon cancer incidences. No protective effect of the RKM was found at any carcinogenic stages of the colorectum in this study.
