摘　　要：以SCL-90为调查工具对湖南医科大学临床医学专业四年级学生239人考前精神状态与学习成绩的关系进行了探讨。结果表明，学生考前精神状态与平时成绩无相关，亦无性别差异；考前精神状态与考试结果无相关；考前某些精神症状的出现，可以看成是学生对考试的正常反应。The relation between the mental state before test and academic records of 239 4th-yearstudents of clinical medicine in Hunan Medical University has been studied by means of SCL-90.The result indicates that the students'mental state before test has no relevance to their regular achievementsand their testing scores,and no differentiation from both sexes.
