摘　　要：本文从教师在人才培养中的重要作用,如何提高教师素质和加强学生能力培养几个方面,阐述了教师素质与培养人才质量的相互关系。In respect of teachers' important role in training talent the improvement ofteachers' abilities, the book illustrates the interrelation between teachers' quality and thequality of training talent and puts forward the thought of improving teachers' quality and en-haneing the training of applied tatent.
