摘　　要：本文就教学评估的概念、特性及其在管理中的地位和功能作用，进行了讨论；简要分析了教学评估的对象、内容及与教学系统三要素的关系；针对高校教学评估的现状，提出了建立以教学评估为中心的质量控制管理系统的必要性。The paper deals with the concept and properties of teacning evaluation and its peition andfunction in teaching management,gives a simple analysis to the object and content of teaching evaluationand its relation with the three key elements in teaching system,and presents the necessity of building aquality control system in management centered on teaching evaluation,according to the present situation ofteaching evaluation in colleges and universities.
