长安麦饭石在白酒中的应用研究

摘　　要：长安麦饭石含众多的微量元素,对有害物质和多种菌体具有强烈的吸咐作用,对 pH 值有双向调节作用。本文利用长安麦饭石的上述特性,通过粒度、用量和时间等因素的控制,使白酒含有对人体有益的微量元素,降低白酒中有害物质的含量,提高白酒的质量,使白酒具有营养保健的功能。Chang An medical stone contains a lot of trace elements and adsorbs or destroys many kinds of hazardous matter and viruses,favourably adjusting pH value. This article talks about making use of the above—mentioned function and effects of medical stone to improve the quality of the wine by controlling the particle size,amount of usage,time,etc.So that the medical stone wine contains the healthy trace elements,with reduced amount of harmful matter and more nutrition.
