乳杆菌的毒性试验及体外抑菌试验

摘　　要：从10只18日龄健康雏鸡的空肠、盲肠段分离出6株乳杆菌,经毒性试验筛选出1株安全、无毒、无害的乳杆菌编号SM71,并用SM71菌株对鸡白痢沙门氏菌、致病性大肠杆菌O_(141):K_(85)做了体外抑菌试验,抑菌效果显著。Six strains of lactobacilli were isolated from intestnium jejunum and intestnium caecum of 18-day-old health chickens. Lactobacilli SM71 was fifted out the best by toxicity test and was regarded it as a safe. unharmful one and inhibited in vitro.
