黄芩甙—锌配合物抗变态反应的研究

摘　　要：中药黄芩有效成分黄芩甙(Baicalin)具有消炎、抗菌、利尿、利胆、解热、降压和镇静作用。日本学者江田昭英等先后发现,黄苓甙对致敏豚鼠肺组织释放的慢反应物质(SRS—A)The report presents that ovalbumin has been injected as an anaphylactogan into the bodies of the guinea pigs and that three weeks later the tracheal chain of the sensitized guinea pigs have been used as the samples of the allergic tissue.The research on anti-allergic reaction of Zn-Baicalin coordination compound is under taken through Schultz-Dale(SD) test and by the assay of the amount of slow reacting substance (SRS-A)in filtrate lung tissue of guinea pigs.The comparision with Baicalin is also studied. The result shows that IO^(-4)Zn-Baicalin compound depress the eoutraetion of isolated trachea preparation of guinea pigs more remarkably than Baicalin does and that,the depression rates are 68.31±9.56％ and 35.70±6.84％,respectively,p<0.01.Zn-Baicalin also reduces the release of SRS-A from allergic lung tissues of guinea pigs.The amount of SRS-A in cotrol group is 91.30±10.42u/per gram lung tissue,21.74±4.35u/per gram lung tissue in Zn-Baitalin group, and 48.26±35u/per gram lung tissue in Baicalin group. The study proves that the anti-allergic activity of Zn-Baicalin coordination compounds is superior to that of Baicalin.The result also implies that Zn-Baiclalin may be more significant in proventing and curing allergic bronchial asthma than Baicalin in clinic.
