小儿化脓性脑膜炎并发症的CT诊断(附8例报告)

摘　　要：报告8例经CT扫描确诊的PM并发症。其中脑脓肿1例,硬膜下积液或积脓7例,脑梗塞2例,脑室扩大1例,中线移位1例。提示CT扫描能快速、准确地确定PM并发症的种类及部位,可指导临床采取正确治疗措施,改善PM预后。This thesis deal with the complications of 8 cases of purulent meningitis in childhood, which were diagnosed by CT scans. The complications included 1 case of brain abcess, 7 cases of subdural effusion or subdural abcess, 2 cases of cerebral embolism and 1 case of ventricles enlargement. These data show CT scans can diagnose exactly the kind and location of the complications in early stage and direct the clinical treatment,so that the prognosis of the disease become favourable.
