摘　　要：Zhang Zhi-yi et al.demonstrated that sex steroid hormone exists in the maturegonads(ovaries and testes)of amphioxus.So far,it is not clear whether the content ofsex steroid hormone changes correlatively with the different stages of gonadal developmentof amphioxus,like vertebrate.Therefore,the present study has an important theoreticalsignificance for understanding the gonadal development and hormonal regulation inamphioxus.
