湖羊奶及人工诱发的乳腺分泌物中某些生化物质的动态变化

摘  要:逐日采集3头圈养的青年经产湖羊分娩后第1~18d 的奶样及2头青年经产湖羊经人工诱发后第1~11d的乳腺分泌物和血清。脱脂后,测定其γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-GT)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)比活性,总蛋白和乳糖浓度,并进行垂直板状 SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE),分析样品的蛋白组分。结果显示:诱发的乳腺分泌物已具有常乳特有的功能蛋白、乳糖和有关酶等生物活性物质,但含量及动态变化规律与常乳不同。试验表明乳腺分泌物与初乳更为接近,从而揭示了经激素刺激的乳腺已具有较高的合成和分泌能力。Milk samples were colloeted just postpartumly from 3 Hu ewes daily for 18 days,and samples ofhormonc-indueed mammary secretion and seum were collected in the beginning of secretion of 11 days in 2 Hu ewes.The enzyme specifie activity of γ-glutamyltransferase(γ-GT) and alkaline phosphatase(AKP),concentration of totalprotein and lactose were determined.The protein fractions separated by sodium dodecyl sulfate polyaerylamide gelclcetrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) were analysed quantitatively in all samples.The results showed that the induced mammarysecretions contained some functional proteins,lactose and bioa(?)tive substances as normal milk did,only different in theircontent and dynamical changes.The characteristies of the secretions were closer to those of clostrum rather than normalmilk.It was suggested that mammary glands stimulated hormone were possessed of higher function of milk synthesisand secretion.
