摘 要:1988年秋,于上海县农村心血管病监测区,对45~64岁男性101例,按WHO-MO-NICA方案要求,采用连续3d的回忆法进行膳食调查。本组农民每日平均摄入总热量11926.3J,蛋白质79.1g、脂肪106.9g、碳水化合物392.7g。脂肪摄入量占总热量的33.8%,其中不饱和脂肪酸与饱和脂肪酸的比例为1.57:1,胆固醇摄入量为276mg,这种膳食结构对心血管病的预防是有利的。According to the MONICA Project of WHO, we carried out a dietary survey of 101 Mate farmer aged 45-64, in CVD monitoring area of rural Shanghai, fall, 1988. Dietary interview was done on 3 consecutive days for each person using standardized 24 hour recall method. The total caloric intake was 2849.1 Kcal per person per day. Protein, fat and carbohydrates intake were 79.1g, 106.9g and 392.7g respectively. The source of energy, from fat was 33.8 percent, in which the polyunsatu-ratcd fatty acid: Saturated fatty acid ratio was 1.57:1, and the cholesterol intake was 276mg. These suggested that tlie dietary status in this area was advantageous to the prevention of cardiovascular diseases.
