酸性粘多糖微量分析——醋酸纤维素薄膜双向电泳技术的应用

摘　　要：采用醋酸纤维素薄膜双向电泳技术检测9例粘多糖病患儿尿液。结果显示硫酸皮肤素、硫酸乙酰肝素、硫酸角质素3种异常组分,由此作出分型诊断。粘多糖组分吸光度测定亦有助于分型。该方法具有高分辨率,敏感性及准确性均比单向电泳强,操作简单,经济,取样方便等优点,适宜临床应用。Two-dimensional electrophoresis technique on a cellulose acetate was us-ed to assay the urines of 9 cases with mucopolysaccharidosis (MPS). The abn-ormal dermatan sulfate, heparin sulfate and kertan sulfate presented in theirurines of the patients. Therefore, The method is useful for the differentialdiagnosis of the MPS. To measure the absorbance of MPS components is alsohelpful for the diagnosis of variable types of MPS. This method is higher sen-sivity, resolvence, and accuracy than one-dimensional electrophoresis. It is a si-mple, economics and convenient method which suitable for the clinicalapplication.
