摘　　要：本文系统地介绍了极浅海步行坐底式钻井平台结构设计特点、步行、拖航状态的强度分析,包括外船体步行区结构、悬臂支架以及拖航漂浮时的总强度、局部强度和刚度计算,最后,介绍实船应力与变形测试及其与计算值的比较。This paper describes systematically the particularities of structral design of a walking sit-on-bottom drilling platform and its strength analysis in walking aad floating conditions,which consists of anafysises for local structures of walking zone, of cantilever supports, and hull strength in floating condition.The stress and strain was measured when the platform made its first walking operation in shipyard, and the measured results are compared with calculating values.
