高职教育人才培养方案的优化设计探讨

摘　　要：高职教育是一个加工、培养高技能型人才的过程。在这个过程中,核心就是人才培养方案。目前高职人才培养方案存在着人才培养目标模糊,人才需求分析定位不准确,学科型的课程体系、理论与实习实训不融合等问题。为此,高职人才培养方案要优化设计定位,构建人才培养方案框架和模块化课程体系,重构课程内容与教学方法,全面实施"2+1"教学模式。Higher vocational education is the procedure of processing and cultivating high skilled talents.In its process,the core is talents＇ cultivating scheme.At present there exist many problems in higher vocational talents＇ cultivating scheme,such as the ambiguity of talents＇ cultivating goal,the orientation inaccuracy of talents＇ requiring analysis,subject curriculum system,and the fusion of theory and training.Therefore,higher vocational talents＇ cultivating scheme should optimize design orientation,establish talents＇ cultivating scheme frame and module curriculum system,restructure curriculum content and teaching method,and fully carry out ＂2＋1＂ teaching mode.
