摘　　要：减振器的性能好坏直接影响着车辆的舒适性和安全性.因而,减振器的性能试验和检测方法的研究,受到了极大的重视.本文在试验的基础上,讨论了减振器的内特性和外特性的微机测试和数据处理方法,这不仅可以缩短试验周期,提高测量精度,加速产品开发,而且对生产的质量保证,起着重要作用.The performance of shock absorber directly affects the comfort and safety of vehiales. So, study of the methods on testing shock absorber performance is extremely concerned. This paper described the method of microcomputer testing and data processing for shock absorber inner and outerperformances, based on test. It can not only decreases the test cycle time, but also plays a great role on quality assurance for manufacturing.
