摘  要:将荔枝病发病区靖西县产的荔枝果提取分离制成Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ等三种溶液,分别静脉注射于实验狗。结果是:Ⅰ液和Ⅲ液在60min和90min有血糖下降现象;Ⅱ液血糖升高,三者在30、60、90min血糖含量比较。差异有显著性(P<0.05)。提示病区荔枝提取液可引起血糖下降,而降血糖成分存在于Ⅰ液(蛋白水解液)中。Three solotions(Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ) were extracted and separated from Litchi fruit in Litchi disease area-Jingxi County and injected introvenously into the experimental dogs. The result showed that there was a drop in blood sugar contents when Solution Ⅰ and Ⅱ were injected at 30 and 90 minutes, but there was a rise when injecting Solution Ⅱ. The difference was significant (P<0.05) when comparing these three solutions at 30, 60 and 90 minutes. It is suggested that litchi fruit extract from the disease area might result in a drop in blood sugar and the blood sugar-dropping elements were in Solution Ⅰ (proteolytic solution).
