胃十二指肠疾病胃液S-IgA测定的临床意义

摘　　要：作者检测了254例胃液中免疫S-IgA的含量并作病理组织学诊断,将病例分成胃癌、胃溃疡、慢性胃炎、胃炎和正常对照组,进行分析,结果发现胃癌组胃液S-IgA含量明显高于其他组,因此认为胃液S-IgA含量升高可作为诊断胃癌的特异性指标之一。Gastric Juice S-IgA contents in 254 cases were measured and histopathologic diagnosis was also made. The cases were divided as groups of carcinoma, gastric ulcer, chronic gastritis and astritis, and were analyzed with the normal control group. The result showed that gastric juice contents in carcinomous group were higher than those in the other groups. It is thought that a rise in S-IgA contents might be served as a specific index to diagnose gastric cancer.
