摘　　要：企业文化是一个企业的灵魂，代表着企业的一种精神境界和价值观。将优秀的企业文化和企业的人力资源管理进行有机契合，已被许多成功企业所证实。在实际运用中，培育优秀企业文化，对提高企业人力资源管理水平有着极大的促进作用，两者的有机整合运用，可以把企业文化的核心内容——价值观灌输到员工的思想之中，进而推动企业迅猛发展。Corporate culture is the soul of an enterprise, for it represents the value and spirit of the enterprise. The benefit of organically mingling excellent corporate culture and human resource management has been proved by many successful enterprises. In practical operation, to foster good corporate culture is helpful in promoting human resource management. The combination of the two can leave the heart of the corporate culture, value, in the minds of employees, and finally launch a rapid development.
