摘　　要：发展职业教育是推动经济发展、促进就业、改善民生、解决"三农"问题的重要途径,是缓解劳动力供求结构矛盾的关键环节,必须摆在更加突出的位置。分析职业教育的发展现状和存在问题,探讨职业教育的实质,明确职业教育的理念,寻求与之适应的发展对策,推动职业教育的发展。To develop the vocational education is the key step to promote the economic development and employment, improve people＇s livelihood, and solve the issues of agriculture, farmer and rural area. Also it is the key way to ease the structural contradiction between labor supply and demand so that it must be plac, ed in a more prominent pusition. In this paper, through analyzing the current development status of vocational education and problems, the intention is to explore the essence of vocational education that it reflects, clear its conc, ept and seek a strategy to adapt with its development to promote it.
