摘　　要：企业在经营中人力成本占很大的比重,要提高企业效益则必须控制人力资源成本。文章分析了人力资源管理对人力成本控制的影响,并在此基础上提出构建基于人力成本控制的企业人力资源管理模式。这一模式包含人力资源规划与人力成本预算、员工管理活动及人力成本控制的实施、管理活动及人力成本控制的监控三个过程以及人力资源管理活动体系和人力资源成本会计体系两个体系。The human capital is at a high proportion in the enterprise cost; therefore, the control of human cost in the enterprise is the way to increase the benefit of enterprise. The effect of human resources management on the human cost control is analyzed, and the relevant management mode is put forward based on the cost control. It includes the three processes among the programme of human resource and budget of human cost, the staffmanagement activities and carry out the human cost control, as well as management activities and supervise the human cost, the two systems among the human resource management activities and human resource cost accounting.
