摘　　要："双师型"师资队伍建设,是高职师资建设的一项战略性措施,也是教育改革和发展的一项紧迫任务。现从教育观念、评价机制、实践培训、校企合作等方面去探求积极有效的方法,以解决物流管理专业"双师型"教师匮乏的问题。Construction of double-quality teachers team is a strategic measure for construction of higher vocational teachers,and is also an urgent task for educational reform and the development.Positive and Effective methods should be explored to solve the double-quality teacher＇s deficient question of logistics management specialty from aspects,such as education idea,evaluation mechanism,practical training,school-enterprise cooperation and so on.
