日本企业文化对儒家思想的吸收及启示

摘  要:日本企业文化的形成受到多种因素的影响,它对儒家思想的吸收表现在:以人为本的经营理念、经营的家族化、履行社会责任的义利观、"和为贵"的人际关系等;对我国的启示:健全公司治理结构、树立以人为本的经营理念、打造"命运共同体"、坚持"和为贵"的人际关系处理原则、秉承"义利并重"的经营理念,等等。The formation of Japanese corporate culture is affected by many factors, which absorbs Confucianism such as people - oriented business philosophy, family businesses, view on justice and interests of implementing social responsibility, and interpersonal relationship of "peace is the most precious, " and so on, which gives us the enlightenment such as improving corporate governance structure, and the philosophy of establishing people - oriented business, creating "a organization with common fate", adhering to the principle of "peace is the most precious" to cope with interpersonal relationship, and being accordance with the philosophy of "pay equal attention to justice and interests", and so on.
