摘  要:[目的]观察海洋胶原肽对糖尿病大鼠的影响及其降血糖功能。[方法]采用正常大鼠和四氧嘧啶糖尿病大鼠模型,分为高糖模型低剂量组、高糖模型中剂量组、高糖模型高剂量组、高糖模型空白对照组、正常大鼠高剂量组、正常大鼠空白对照组,给予相应剂量海洋胶原肽溶液或蒸馏水连续灌胃8周,以隔周空腹血糖、糖耐量实验曲线下面积等为指标研究海洋胶原肽的降糖功能。[结果]海洋胶原肽对正常大鼠血糖水平无明显影响,但能显著降低四氧嘧啶糖尿病大鼠的空腹血糖水平,明显改善糖尿病大鼠的糖耐量。[结论]海洋胶原肽对糖尿病大鼠有较好的降糖作用,而对正常大鼠的血糖无影响。[Objective]To observe hypoglycemic effects of Marine Peptides(MP)in alloxan-induced diabetic rats.[Methods]In the experiment,alloxan-induced diabetic rats were divided into four groups:low dose group,middle dose group,high dose group,and control dose group.Meanwhile the normal control rats were divided into two groups:low dose group and control group.Oral administration of corresponding dose of MP or distilled water for 8 weeks,the fasting serum glucose and the capability of glucose tolerance were determined.[Results]The fasting serum glucose level was markedly reduced and at the last weekend the capability of glucose tolerance was increased in the rats treated by MP,while there was no significant difference in the normal control rats.[Conclusion]Marine Peptides have a significant hypoglycemic effect on alloxan-induced diabetic rats rather than normal control group.
