摘 要:[目的]研究案例式教学法在心胸外科诊断教学中的应用。[方法]选取某院2010级临床专业学生136人为研究对象,共两个班,每班68人,一班采用传统教学法,二班采用案例式教学法授课。对对案例式教学在心胸外科诊断教学中应用的赞同率和学生的成绩进行分析。[结果]绝大多数学生喜欢案例式教学(97.06%),并赞成将案例穿插于理论知识的讲授中(92.65%),认为案例教学时间应占教学时间50%左右(90.44%);但是学生不赞成将案例提前告知(52.94%)。案例式教学法组80分以上学生例数显著高于传统教学法(P﹤0.05)。[结论]在心胸外科诊断教学中采取案例式教学方法,让学生积极学习,掌握学习方法,培养其综合临床素质。[Objective]To study and investigate the application for case-based teaching in the diagnosis of cardio-thoracic surgery.[Methods]136 cases of students of clinical subject on grade 2010 were chosen as the research cases.68 people were in each studied class.A group was used traditional teaching methods,another class was used case-based teaching.Took the endorsement application rates and student achievement for case-based teaching in the diagnosis of cardio-thoracic surgery teaching for analysis.[Results]Most students liked case-based teaching(97.06%),and interspersed in favor of the case in the teaching of theoretical knowledge(92.65%),that thought teaching time should be about 50% of total teaching time(90.44%).But the students did not agree informed in advance cases(52.94%).Case-based teaching students with score more than 80 in case group was significantly higher than traditional methods(P﹤0.05).[Conclusion]In the teaching of diagnosis of cardiothoracic surgery,case teaching method makes students learn positively and master the learning and develop the comprehensive clinical quality.
