摘　　要：现代工业发展使教学评价的价值追求与意义追问成为关注的焦点,多元文化使评价标准的合理性遭到质疑,理念与实践的空白地带使操作面临两难困境。科学的评价体系和教学管理机制需要教学管理者具备开放的思维和支持的态度,重视多元评价主体间的合作,探索科学的方法和技术。Due to the development of modern industry,the value pursuit and significance questioning of teaching evaluation becomes the focus of attention.The multi-culture make the rationality of the evaluation criteria be questioned,and the blank areas of concept and practice make the operation in the dilemma.Scientific evaluation system and teaching management system need the managers with an open mind and supportive attitude,and the managers should emphasize the cooperation between multiple assessment and explore scientific methods and technology.
