摘  要:目的对107名高校图书馆人员工作倦怠及相关因素分析。方法应用人格特质、幸福感、应对方式、职业倦怠问卷进行调查统计分析。结果高校图书馆人员的工作倦怠主要问题是成就感低落及情绪衰竭(占29.0%,17.8%)。人格的外向性与情绪衰竭、玩世不恭均有反向预测作用(B=-0.448,-0.413;P均<0.001),而神经质对玩世不恭为正向预测作用(B=0.332,P<0.001);幸福感对情绪衰竭具较强的反向预测作用(B=-0.112,P<0.001)、对成就感低落有正向预测作用(B=0.220,P<0.001);消极应对方式对工作倦怠三因素均有预测作用(B=3.093,2.086,8.801;P均<0.001)结论人格特质是影响工作倦怠的基本因素,因而培养及健全良好的人格是预防工作倦怠的矛盾主要方面;在管理层面:营造组织公平、团结合作的氛围利于员工身心健康、提高员工的幸福感及成就感,是有效防止工作倦怠的措施之一。Objective To explore the relationship between personality,GWB,coping style and job burnout of university librarians.Methods A total of 107 universities librarians were investigated through the questionnaire.Results University librarians'job burnout showed mainly low sense of accomplishment and emotional exhaustion(29.0%,17.8%).Extraversion was a negative predictor on emotional exhaustion and cynicism(B=-0.448,-0.413;Ps0.001);Neuroticism was a positive predicted on cynicism(B=0.332,P0.001);GWB was a stronger negative predictor on emotional exhaustion(B=-0.112,P0.001) and was a positive prediction on sense of accomplishment(B=0.220,P0.001);Negative coping was a prediction on job burnout(B=3.093,2.086,8.801;Ps0.001).Conclusion Personality traits are the basic effect factors of burnout.Developing integrity character is effective to prevent burnout.Created organizational justice and cooperative atmosphere to conducive employee' GWB achieved to effectively prevent job burnout.
