摘　　要：ISO9000族标准不仅对产品质量有要求,而且对过程质量和体系质量也有要求。体系质量决定着过程质量,过程质量决定着产品质量,产品质量集中反映了过程质量和体系质量。只有对体系进行改进,对过程进行改进,才能真正改进产品质量。ISO 9000 standards not only requires on the product system quality .System quality decides Process quality, Process quality reflect the Process quality and system quality.Only the quality quality system , but also on the process quality and decides the Product quality,Product was improved, the process was improved, can really improve the quality of products.
